Biography
After Caroline Trentini’s chance discovery by the same scout who unearthed supermodel Gisele Bundchen, she quickly began her ascent into the top echelons of the modeling industry. She moved to Sao Paulo to start her career, which immediately took off and led her to New York in less than a year.
Caroline couldn’t speak English when she first arrived in the Big Apple, but at the young age of 14, she learned quickly. Her ability to adapt, coupled with her amazing beauty and modeling talent, landed her exclusive modeling gigs and ad campaigns. Her first big break in New York came when Marc Jacobs selected her to be part of his Marc by Marc Jacobs ad promotion.
Since then, Caroline’s career has done nothing but become more successful. She is known for her elf-like appearance and her fashionable freckles. She has captured runway spots with Versace, Louis Vuitton, Baby Phat, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, L.A.M.B. (Gwen Stefani’s line), and Chanel. Caroline has also been featured in a number of fashion magazines, including ELLE, Vogue and Harper's Bazaar.
Caroline continues to call New York City home, and lives with Brazilian models Cintia Dicker and Bruna Erhardt. In 2006 and 2007, Caroline worked as one of the primary spokesmodels for Gucci.
